Flying

Flying is a pegasus-exclusive talent which grants players a selection of unique attacks and buffs for use in combat. These skills have an interplay with players' movement speed and distance to their target, requiring careful strategizing to maximize the skills' effectiveness. Progressing in the talent gradually improves players' flight speed while reducing the energy cost over time.

Gaining experience

Experience can be obtained for Flying by using Flying-related skills to defeat mobs during combat. Slow and smooth landings can also award experience based on the distance traveled between takeoff and landing.

Most quests also award experience in all talents upon completion, allowing players to advance in Flying alongside other talents.

	Airstep	500	50	Provides brief invulnerability, and buffs player with +10 for 30 s. Upgrades are available to extend the invulnerability period, or raise the Dodge bonus.
	Wind Rapier	500	15	Deals 85 damage (angering) to all enemies in a cone facing away from the player. Requires Rapier Stacks to cast. Upgrades are available to reduce the number of stacks required, or increase the skill's range.
	Blowback	20	30	Deals up to 30 damage (soothing) to all enemies in a cone facing away from the player, as well as applying up to -15% for 10 s. Damage and slow effect are contrarily affected by player's movement speed prior to casting. Upgrades are available to increase the skill's range or slow effect.
	Cyclone	20	50	Damages a single target for up to 52 (angering), where damage dealt scales with distance from the target. Upgrades are available to lower the minimum distance required for full damage, or to increase the maximum possible damage dealt.

Specialization

Players can specialize in the Flying talent by completing the quest Full Yellow Jacket at the end of their Foal Story Arc.

Talent mastery

The maximum level that can be achieved in Flying is 50.
