Stored Strike is a combat skill. When first cast, the skill will drain 10 Energy every second reducing incoming damage by 65%, while converting 70% of the incoming damage into Stored Strike charge. When the skill is used again, charged damage is released onto a single target.

The damage reduction effect of the ability works with both Magic and Physical damage types. If a player has high Energy Regen, Stored Strike can be used defensively by only casting the skill once at the start of combat (without releasing the charged damage). Players who lack Magic Resist often rely on this ability to negate much of incoming Magic Damage.

This skill is automatically granted to players that specialize in the Combat Talent. Otherwise, it requires 20 Training Points (TP) to learn.

Storage

Storage focuses on raising the damage reduction ratio when Stored Strike is active.

2 10 20 Damage reduction is increased to 75%
3 20 20 Damage reduction is increased to 80%
4 30 20 Damage reduction is increased to 85%
5 40 20 Damage reduction is increased to 90%

Strike

Strike increases the proportion of incoming damage that charges Stored Strike. Notably, this proportion can go above 100%.
