The Cloudopolis Academy is a landmark in the southeast region of Cloudopolis, and serves as the starting location for new pegasus players. It consists of several buildings along a runway, with cloud rings surrounding the area in an aerial track.
The NPC Windhover is located around the entrance of the flight school, and provides the optional Foal Speed Ahead tutorial quest to pegasus players. Grampa Biggles can also be found around the runway in the flight school, giving the pegasus-exclusive quest Good Old Days.
