Stun Law is an Pegasus NPC, located at the entrance upon entering the Gem Mines, he can be found standing close to Geode.

In Save the Date, it is revealed that his birth name is "Walnut". An accident happened during an attempt at a time travelling spell while apprenticing with a wizard in The Heartlands, which resulted in him being transported back to the past.
