Shooo Be Doop is an earth pony NPC found underneath the river in southeastern Ponydale. She cannot normally be reached without using a glitch to get underwater, but she can be easily seen through use of the cinematic camera (typing "/cc 1" into chat).

• "What happened to the Water? I jumped in, and all the water just vanished! What is happening? Can anypony please tell me what is happening!?"
  "Oh, I'm underwater? Really? I guess that I hadn't noticed! This is very strange? Can anypony please tell me what is happening!?"
  "Candy? Who can think of candy at a time like th- Oh wait, I do have candy? Why do I have candy!? OH NO! Black Flag's spirit is in on it! He will find me! Here, take all the candy. Quickly! I don't want it leading his spirit back to me!"
  "No, thank goodness, someone took all the candy I had so Black Flag cannot find me. But please come back later. If I have more I'll need to be rid of it right away!
