Old Quest Marker Fix

"Old Quest Marker Fix" is a unicorn NPC found near the train station in Cantermore, on the opposite side of the entryway from Steam Valve. While this name is bit of mouthful, and his real name is not known, he does serve a purpose which is to fix bugged quest markers that persist after passing certain stages in a quest.
Dialogue
"So ya got yerself stuck with some o' magical markers and weird magic effects and can't git rid of 'em? Well, I should be able to help ya with that. Which ones were ya stuck with?"
[Response: Wolf/Mindless Violins/Letter of the Law/Equestrian Werepony]
"There ya go. All Done."
[Response: None at all]
"Well then, yer doin' great! Get back out there!"
