Description	An ancient enchanted artifact that allows skating across any surface.

The Enchanted Ice Skates are a rare item that offers about twice the mobility on ice compared to a player wearing regular Ice Skates. Additionally, the enchanted variant allows players to skate on any solid surface as if it were ice.

Like the regular Ice Skates, the Enchanted Ice Skates gives no combat bonuses.
