Loot chest

A loot chest is something frequently left behind when a mob is defeated.

Appearance

A loot chest is striped with two shades of purple, with gold trim and decorative gems. A gold-rimmed keyhole is located on one side just below the gold-trimmed seam.

Use

When a loot chest is clicked on, a small menu appears with a single option to "pick up" the item. Selecting that option transfers the chest's contents to the player's inventory, causing the chest to disappear.

If not picked up, a loot chest will disappear after a short delay.

Contents

Most loot chests provide bits based on the defeated mob and its level. Some mobs will produce loot chests that include various items.

• A Husky Diamond Dog's loot chest may include a Satchel Bag or Boots.
• A timberwolf's loot chest may include a Wooden Sword.
• A dragon's loot chest may include a Wooden Sword or piece of bronze armor.
• A Living Bush's loot chest may include Twigs.
• A Lantern Monster's loot chest may include 2 Ruby's.
