A Dowsing Crystal is used to detect nearby mineable ores. The mining locations will appear as a cluster of colored triangles above the surface. The colored triangles are dependent on the type of ore that was found. A pickaxe is required to mine the ores utilizing the Mining talent. The image below is how the Dowsing Crystal is used, along with the sounds of scanning and reveling location of the ores.
