A turtle egg is an item given to the player from Polly Poppet during the quest One Pet in the Hoof.

The player can then add the item to their hotbar and use it get a pet turtle. Once the item is activated, a turtle will follow the player until the player logs off; however, the item, like all pet eggs, has unlimited uses.
