Stamina
Stamina is a statistic in Legends of Equestria that only players have. It represents the player's remaining capacity to sprint and fly.
Currently, all players have 100 maximum stamina and 5 stamina regen regardless of race, level and equipment.
Using Stamina
Stamina will decrease over time while the player is sprinting or flying. Once the player's stamina reaches 0, they will not be able to sprint or fly until they recover the stamina to do so.
The following can affect a player's stamina usage:
- Expeditious Potion: When the player uses a Expeditious Potion, their rate of stamina usage while sprinting will temporarily be decreased by 50%. When the player uses a concentrated Expeditious Potion, their rate of stamina usage while sprinting will temporarily be decreased by 80%.
- Agile Amulet: While the player has an Agile Amulet equipped, their rate of stamina consumption while flying will be reduced by 10%.
Stamina Regen
Stamina Regen is a statistic that represents how quickly the player will recover stamina. However, there is currently no way to increase this stat from its base value of 5.
Stamina Display
PC players have two options on how to display their stamina:
- A bar in the UI that is similar to the health and energy bars, which will be placed next to the energy bar in the UI and halve the space that the energy bar takes up. This option will also display numerical values for the player's max and remaining stamina.
- A lightning bolt meter that will only be displayed next to the player while they do not have full stamina. This option will not display numerical values. Instead, the meter will increase and decrease accordingly with the player's remaining stamina. Furthermore, the entire lightning bolt will slowly turn red as the player gets closer to running out of stamina, and will revert to its original color as the player recovers stamina.
Mobile players currently can only use the lightning bolt stamina display due to screen size reasons.

- Stamina was introduced in an update released on December 17th, 2022 (v2022.05.01).
- Before stamina was introduced, energy limited how much the player could sprint and fly, as well as serving it's own other current purposes.
