Spare Cup of Flower
Spare Cup of Flower is a quest where you have to get flowers for Tumbleweed.
Quest
Tumbleweed asks the player to bring her 30 mountain flowers, because she's being watched and if she left, "they" would know about it, which wouldn't be good for anyone. She needs the flowers to assure the fate of Equestria as it dangles in an ever-fragile hypothetical balance.
Journal: Either due to extreme paranoia or actual matters of Equestrian importance, Tumbleweed has asked me to pick thirty mountain flowers for her. Either way, it doesn't seem to be a particularly difficult request, so I see no real reason to not help her out.

After bringing back the flowers:
She tells the player that she can't pay the player, as it would look like a commission to the watchers, not making it look like a social call anymore. However, she mentions a certain orange unicorn, who might be able to help with the payment. The player receives 500 universal XP.
