Silver Hoof is a unicorn NPC who can be found in Cantermore outside a house beside Scribble. He must be spoken to during the Mindless Violins quest. Talking to Scribble while doing the Removing Cookies and Browsing Data quest will also trigger responses from him. He is one of the few NPCs to have 2D Vector Art.
