Research Table

A Research Table allows unicorns to research recipes. Each research consists of 6 steps. Each step will require varying amounts of an item ranging from 1 to the max stack size of that item. Required items may repeat on different steps of the research.

A Research Table can be found in Ponydale Library, Cantermore Library, and Crystal Kingdom Library.

A unicorn will not have access to all possible research until they unlock advanced research by reaching level 20 in the Science talent.

Unicorns that have learned the Foresight skill can gain more information about what they are researching before completing the research. When Foresight 3 is learned, the player gains access to runes around the research matrix, which can be changed by clicking on them. The runes won't have any effect until the player abandons or starts new research; in that scenario, new research will be generated based on runes. If the provided rune combination code is valid, the research will be for a specific recipe. If the provided rune combination code is not valid, the research will be for a random recipe, as it is by default.

Once research for a recipe is completed, the player will be able to make as many copies of that recipe as they wish, and will be able to do so until they start new research.

If research for an item that does not have an itemized recipe is completed, the player will instead be able to make copies of a Green Apple.
