Purple Rain is a pegasus NPC standing at the top level of the Wooden Fortress in The Heartlands. His dialogue suggests that he might be a singer, but it is not known why he is standing in the middle of the wilderness instead of continuing his career. He is the quest giver for the quest We'll Fix It In Post.
