A smoothie made by advanced-level cooks. This food item is fairly ingredient-heavy in that it requires both a Deluxe Salad and Garden Smoothie (along with Milk) to make. Drinking it gives a very remarkable boost in energy, and removes dehydration from players who had consumed Salt.
