Copper Front Legs are a part of the Copper Armor set. They can be crafted using the Artisan Talent at level 1 and can be equipped at Combat level 1. They can also be bought from Quick Bit at the Athmane Ruins in The Heartlands. They take up the FrontShoes slot when equipped by the player.
The player crafts one during the Only Shooting Stars Break the Mold if the player chooses Artisan as their desired talent mark from their teacher as a foal.
