Cookie Dough is food item, but probably used more often as an ingredient in cooking recipes. If eaten as-is by a pony, it'll increase their speed. The NPC merchant Silver Platter sells it in Sugarcane Corner for 11 bits, but it can also be made at a MixingBowl.
