Cirrus Stratos is a pegasus NPC who can be found in southeastern Cloudopolis beside Fire Opal once the player has graduated. He plays a role in the Removing Cookies and Browsing Data quest, where the player has to interact with him multiple times to get information and evidence on the cookie theft. He will also offer some responses when the player converses with Fire Opal during the Mindless Violins quest.
