Bolt of the Blue
Bolt of the Blue is a quest where you have to get 6 Pappus Dent deLeon for Wigglestitch.
Note: Although the quest can be started as a foal, this quest cannot be completed until the player grows up, because Vogue can't give you any Pappus Dent deLeon.
Quest
Wigglestitch does not have enough Pappus Dent deLeon and will ask the player to get 6 Pappus Dent deLeon from other clothiers.
Journal: Wigglestitch of the Melange company has asked me to help him get some fabric called Pappus Dent deLeon. The only place that would have any is other clothiers, so I'll need to ask them. Let's see... There's Dashing Delano here in Cantermore, Vogue and Marvell in Ponydale, and Cream in Cloudopolis.

When talking to Marvell:
Marvell wants to work on a project with Melange in return and the player has to get a contract from Wigglestitch for that.
After collecting all available (5) Pappus Dent deLeon:
Wigglestich needs 6 Pappus Dent deLeon, but only 5 can be collected from the other clothiers. Once the player talks to Wigglestitch with the 5 Pappus Dent deLeon, Wigglestitch freaks out and after calming down, he tells the player that he knows, where to get the last Pappus Dent deLeon. The player receives a coin with the instructions to show it to Shady Contact and say "I need a delivery".
Completing the quest:
After getting the last Pappus Dent deLeon from Shady Contact and talking to Wigglestich again, Wigglestitch thanks the player and rewards them with 500 Bits and 1000 XP
