Ensign Snipe, or Cadet Snipe while you are a foal, is a pegasus NPC who can be found outside the Pegasus Guard building in Cloudopolis. He wears an incomplete set of moonlight armor, missing only the helmet. When he is spoken to, the player has the option to start the A Four Star Restaurant quest.
